hmm, I'm not new to message boards, but it's still always difficult to find the right words to introduce myself. I'm not quite good in being new, y'know.

Well, okay, I guess you're interested how I became "cusaddicted" and finally ended up here

The first time I noticed John Cusack, I was 15 years old (that was 1997). I watched The Sure Thing on tv. I didn't know him, but I found him kinda cute. I had a huge crush on him that time, but still had no idea who he was. I was more into soccer during that period of my life, so I didn't follow anything more regarding John.

Years later I watched movies like Being John Malkovich (our teacher at school recommended it, and we kinda had a project that time about how it would be to be someone else and stuff). I have to admit that I didn't even recognized John *cough cough* Other movies followed like America's Sweethearts (I finally noticed it was him ), Serendipity (which I absolutely love), Martian Child, The Runaway Jury (I love John Grisham books, and of course knew this one), Must Love Dogs, 1408 ( ), War Inc.
Watching all those movies, I started to really like him, and I remembered it was him, I adored as a teenie, but this still isn't how I came here... lol
(I was attracted by another actor )

It happened November last year, when he was on a German TV show (Wetten dass...?)... It was the first time that I saw him "real", not in a movie, and I thought he seems to be a really cool and interesting guy. And after that there was no escape for me.
I kept watching more movies: 2012, Grosse Point Blank, High Fidelity, The Ice Harvest. And I'm sure many more will follow.

It took me a long time to log in here, because I didn't want to become as much obsessed again (like I did with this other actor), but what can I do, I already am I'm even following on twitter.

ok, I think I rambled enough (for now) *just kidding*

Wow, sounds cool to me. So you got a lot to see of the world during your life! My mother's friend immigrated (or emmigrated ???) to Australia years ago with their family. They still seem to like it.

I've got American relatives. They're living in West Hempstead, NY. I've visited them twice. I hope to go there next year again.

My grandparents from my mother's side might have origins in Belgium, but I don't know for sure. We always thought so because of their last name. I find it exciting to have foreign roots.
